Rodeo help

My new year's resolution might be to be less hard on myself. But until then...

There's something wrong with each of these images, that you can all see. However, I feel a rodeo image belongs in my portfolio and these were my three favorites. So, vote for your favorite, give feedback, criticize until you're blue in the face. It would help me out a lot. Do any of these belong in my portfolio anyway?

Thanks...

The answer is obviously 2.

I think that you could probably leave them all out of your portfolio. I know that you have a ton of better shots. You don't want to put anything in your portfolio that you don't love. After looking at a portfolio, the worst image is usually the one that I remember the most. Just keep that in mind when selecting photos. These photos would be good maybe be good enough for most student portfolios, but I know you have better. Nice J-Star shots btw.

Show me the other images you're considering. I think you have stronger stuff than this.

i have to say, even though the first two seem the best at first glance, that the third one is the most interesting. I really like how the horse is almost the subject of the photo instead of the rider. As far as a safe choice, I would say the second photo is the best. If you want to take more of a risk...the third.

I like #2 the best. I haven't seen your comprehensive portfolio, but I agree with cvk - you have better stuff than this. However, if these are your best rodeo shots and you really want to have one in your portfolio, go with 2.

I love 2, but I don't know anything about photography,
